Suspension and Sway Bars

The vehicle's handling dynamics have been significantly upgraded with the installation of the KW V3 Coilover System, providing fully independent adjustment of ride height, damping, and rebound for optimal tuning in both daily driving and rigorous track applications. This is complemented by aFe Power Sway Bars (Front and Rear), which strategically increase torsional rigidity to manage body roll and eliminate the unpredictable oversteer tendency present in the stock platform, delivering predictable and balanced cornering stability.

Safety and Aesthetic

The vehicle's interior has been enhanced to support its daily-driver and track-capable mandate, starting with a White Paragon Performance Harness Bar and Red Sparco Harnesses to provide superior driver containment and safety during high-performance maneuvers. To achieve a One-of-One aesthetic, the cabin features custom leather upholstery meticulously crafted by ASM Upholstery, a process documented in our recent YouTube collaboration. Finally, the car utilizes a twin rolling stock program: custom three-piece floating spoke wheels paired with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires are used for daily and show applications, while a dedicated set of custom forged monoblock wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 track tires ensures uncompromising grip and performance on the circuit.

The Process

Main Goal

The primary objective of the Gulf Livery C8 Corvette project is to transform a 2023 Corvette 3LT into a truly One-of-One dual-purpose sports car, seamlessly blending high-performance engineering with absolute reliability and bespoke aesthetic appeal. The goal is to maximize the C8 platform's capabilities—enhancing chassis dynamics, increasing naturally aspirated power, and providing track-level driver containment—while crafting a visually stunning exterior using exposed forged carbon fiber and a luxurious, custom-upholstered cabin. The final product is intended to be a reliable, head-turning machine that delivers superior confidence and capability for both spirited track use and refined daily driving.

Performance

The C8 was upgraded with the Fabspeed Street Performance Package, replacing the factory exhaust system with a high-flow, IndyCar-inspired exhaust design for better performance and a more aggressive sound. An Eventuri Carbon Fiber Intake improves airflow by up to 20%, increasing power, while Joetech Tuning optimizes efficiency and drivability—adding about 50 HP and 45 lb-ft of torque. The carbon fiber intake also features a clear window, giving a sleek view of the system under the engine cover.

Body Kit: Sigala widebody RR Kit (Forged carbon Fiber)

The exterior aesthetic and performance have been dramatically elevated with the Sigala Widebody RR Kit in Forged Carbon Fiber. While standard body kits often incur a weight penalty, the use of forged carbon fiber achieves a significant reduction in weight, contributing to enhanced performance, while providing a uniquely elegant and complex visual texture that surpasses traditional woven carbon fiber. This widebody transformation turns the Corvette into an aggressively styled machine. The core aesthetic strategy is to showcase the kit in a exposed forged carbon finish, complemented by the addition of a subtle, custom color infusion within the clear coat to ensure a truly unique and premium presentation.
