The Process
Consultation- We look forward to discussing your project goals in detail, including secure vehicle arrival, storage arrangements, and your color selections.
Drop off- We invite you to drop off your vehicle or components at your earliest convenience so that we may commence work promptly.
Wheel and Tire Dismount- To ensure a high-quality finish, we require the removal of all tires prior to the cleaning and powder coating process. This allows for a comprehensive, 360-degree treatment of the entire wheel surface.
Chemical Stripping- Chemical stripping provides a clean slate by removing all previous finishes down to the bare metal, allowing for a smooth and consistent application of the new coat.
Media Blasting- Media blasting prepares the wheel surface by removing contaminants and creating a uniform texture. This critical step ensures a high-quality finish and superior long-term adhesion for the new coating.
Cosmetic Damage Repair- Any existing surface damage is fully remediated during our preparation phase, ensuring a perfect finish and a wheel that is structurally ready for the road.
Powder Coating- Following the application of your selected finish, each component is thermally cured in a specialized oven. This cross-linking process results in a durable, high-performance coating that significantly outperforms standard automotive paint in both hardness and impact resistance.
Mount and Balance Wheel and Tire- As part of our final quality control, each wheel is professionally mounted and balanced using specialized equipment. This step is essential to maintaining factory-grade ride quality and ensuring your tires are properly seated and holding the correct pressure.
Pickup- To ensure lasting cleanliness and protection, every wheel receives a premium ceramic coating as the final step of our refinement process before you take delivery.

Caliper Removal and Disassembly- To maintain peak braking performance, we perform a comprehensive teardown of each caliper. This includes a meticulous inspection of all pistons and seals to guarantee fluid integrity and consistent mechanical operation.
Media Blasting- Media blasting prepares the brake caliper surface by removing contaminants and creating a uniform texture. This critical step ensures a high-quality finish and superior long-term adhesion for the new coating.
Masking- Our meticulous masking process isolates all critical tolerances and mounting surfaces, preventing coating interference with vital brake components. This ensures factory-spec fitment and flawless mechanical operation upon final reassembly.

Caliper Assembly and Bleeding- Following a meticulous reassembly of each caliper, your braking system undergoes a comprehensive hydraulic bleed. This essential procedure eliminates all air pockets from the lines, ensuring consistent pedal pressure and peak stopping power across all four corners.
Pickup- To ensure lasting cleanliness and protection, every brake caliper receives a premium ceramic coating as the final step of our refinement process before you take delivery.
